Restaurant

Discover our creative and culinary epic perched on the hills of Meudon.

Far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, in the heart of the Chalais-Meudon national park, the Hangar Y site tells its new creative story with a menu designed by Guillaume Sanchez.

Editorial by Guillaume Sanchez

Every change of season has its own dynamic, and its own cuisine. As soon as autumn arrives, it's the cook's duty to offer you emotions other than those offered by the French terroir during the summer months. The months of November and December call for comfort on the plate and a certain gourmandise!

Mushrooms, root vegetables, citrus fruits, long cooking times, seasonings - everything is there to remind you that French cuisine is first and foremost about produce and seasons, and that at every turn, we're able to remember that there's no other geographical area that offers us such diversity. Because we can't have everything all year round, and we need to be patient and wise. My job here is above all to reflect this, through our cuisine, here at the Hangar Y restaurant. We're simply passers-by of knowledge and products. For you, for your children, and for those who will come after us.
