COMPLETE RULES OF THE COMPETITION - LE BAL X HANGAR Y 


ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

SAS HY DEVELOPPEMENT "Hangar Y", whose registered office is located at 9 BD DE LA MADELEINE, 75001 PARIS (hereinafter the "Organizer"), wishes to organize a competition entitled "JEU-CONCOURS - LE BAL X HANGAR Y", the winners of which will be selected by drawing lots under the conditions defined below. The contest will run from Monday, March 18, 2024 at 5:00 pm (seventeen p.m.) to Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 12:00 pm (noon).

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The contest is a no-obligation contest open to all individuals over the age of 18, residing in France and abroad, regardless of nationality, with the exception of all persons directly or indirectly involved in the preparation of the contest.
2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules (the "Rules"), available on the Hangar Y website: https://hangar-y.com/reglement-jeu-concours-hangar-y-lebal
2.3. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize per winner will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules shall render the Participant's participation null and void.
2.5. The competition is governed by French law applicable to games and competitions.

ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This game takes place exclusively on the dates indicated in Article 1. To validate his or her participation, each participant must:

  • follow the Hangar Y (@hangar_y_) and BAL (@le_bal) Instagram accounts
  • like the publication " JEU-CONCOURS - À la découverte de l'œuvre de Stefane Perraud et Aram Kebabdjian ! "
  • comment on publication "JEU-CONCOURS - À la découverte de l'œuvre de Stefane Perraud et Aram Kebabdjian! " by tagging the person you would like to participate with

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will designate 5 (five) winners from among all participants by drawing lots. A draw will take place on Thursday March 21 at 12 noon. Only one prize will be awarded per winner (same first name, same surname). Winners will be announced in story on Thursday, March 21 at 12:30 (midday).

ARTICLE 5 - ENDOWMENTS

The prizes for the draws are as follows:

  • 5 (five) times 2 (two) tickets for the day of meetings and performances "Contes du soleil" at Hangar Y, including the performance "Synthetic Sun, Voyage au Centre du Soleil" which takes place on Saturday, March 23, 2024, and for the performance "Le voile de Kodak, Archives Gamma I" which takes place on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at BAL. These performances also give access to the exhibitions "Prendre le soleil" at Hangar Y and "Marine Peixoto. Bercy Street Workout. Photographies 2020 - 2023" at Le BAL.

ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY AND USE OF PRIZES

The Organizer of the contest will then contact only by private message on Instagram (@hangar_y_) the winners drawn at random and will inform them of their endowment and the procedures to follow to access it. No mail will be sent to participants who did not win, only the winners will be contacted.

Each winner agrees to accept the prize as offered, without the possibility of exchanging it for cash or other goods or services of any kind.

Winners must comply with these Rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these Rules, their prize will not be awarded and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact information or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer.

The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. Furthermore, in the event that the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize to the winner(s), for whatever reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants agree.

ARTICLE 7 - USE OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA

In the context of the competition, participants provide the Organizer, who will be the sole recipient, with personal data concerning them.

The personal data of the participants are subject to processing whose controller is the Organizer for the purposes of the contest. The data collected at the time of participation in the game is necessary for participation in the game (nickname, surname, first name, e-mail address) and the data collected from the winning participants is necessary for the awarding of prizes (nickname, surname, first name, e-mail address).

Failure to collect this information will render any participation in the game inaccessible and will not allow the awarding of prizes. The participants guarantee the transmission of exact information and commit themselves to transmit as soon as possible any modification concerning them.

The participants' personal data will be used for the following purposes only: to ensure the proper management of the game in accordance with these Rules and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. It will be kept for the duration of the game and until the actual distribution of the prizes won.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and the General (EU) Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) that came into force on May 25, 2018, participants in the contest have the right to access, rectify (i.e., supplement, update and block), portability, oppose, delete and withdraw their personal data from the Organizer.

Any request relating to the participants' personal data must be sent by mail to the Organizer's address mentioned in Article 12. The participant shall indicate his/her name, first name and postal address. The request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the participant's signature and specifying the address to which the reply should be sent. The Organizer must respond within a maximum of one (1) month following receipt of the letter, as evidenced by the postmark (Article 12.3 RGPD).

ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be held liable for the impossibility of contacting each winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors in the name, address and/or contact information provided by the persons who participated in the contest.

Furthermore, the Organizer of the contest declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority.

The participant is aware of and accepts the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, malfunctions that may prevent the contest from running smoothly, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption and, more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation, and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the Internet.

The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the contest, without liability.

However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the Site and sent free of charge to any person who has made a written request for the Rules in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 below.

The use of robots or any other similar process to participate in the contest mechanically or otherwise is prohibited, the violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of its creator and / or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, including computer fraud in connection with participation in the contest or the determination of the winners. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW

Participants accept unreservedly that the mere fact of taking part in this competition makes them subject to French law. Any dispute must be sent to the address mentioned in article 10 no later than Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 12:00 (noon) inclusive (as evidenced by the postmark). In the absence of an amicable settlement between the parties, any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of the present Rules will fall within the jurisdiction of the Paris Courts.
